So SHOCKER...I love AfterShokz! Earlier in the year I tested the AfterShokz Airs and they changed my entire running game...So when I was given the opportunity to test out their newest product; Aeropex, I was like hellz yes!
Lets go back to the basics and go over why AfterShokz headphones are so different and what bone conduction technology is:

This last year as I transitioned to trails and trained for my first 50K, the open-ear concept was a game changer for me. It allowed me to still be able to hear my surroundings, but also provided a bit of entertainment as I was still able to listen to music or a podcast during long training run. Because lets be real, a 20mile training run on the trails can feel never ending, and this girl still loves to jam out from to time while running.

I think the biggest difference I could see with the Aeropex versus the Airs, is the audio. Deeper base and louder volume. I ran a few holiday races and I could tell the difference in volume of the music when in a crowd of thousands of runners!
I also love the new charging cord. Seems simple and silly why it would make such a difference. But its a super easy magnetic connection. Almost makes you wish all charging cords were like this! They are also so lightweight, you can barely tell you are wearing them!
The part of this campaign that topped it off for me was taking part in AfterShokz #GIVEGOODVIBEZ campaign. This holiday season AfterShokz once again offered their Buy 1 Get 1 deal. And I was ecstatic to be able to share a pair with one of my fav runner friends!
I had met Jessica a few years ago. And it seems like we have been on constant running adventures ever since! Never a dull moment, always pushing each other to challenge ourselves. And she had been the biggest supporter as I trained this summer an Ultra. As many training runs and races we have ran together, the one thing that has always been with was my AfterShokz. We could still chat, while I listened to music at the same time. I knew how much she was dying to own a pair. So the big question is...would I recommend the AfterShokz Aeropex headphones?? YES! I will never go back to an in-ear set of headphones. I have found these headphones a complete game-changer, and use them throughout my entire day for different activities!!
