Get your Turtle on!

Being a MN runner, and needing to wear gloves when running during 3 out of the 4 seasons, I jumped at the opportunity to test out Turtle Gloves!

Before my gloves had even arrived, I was already pleasantly surprised and quite impressed with Turtle Gloves' customer service. Based on the sizing I chose, Theresa contacted me go over the actual sizing of the gloves to ensure I received the right fit! And while no one wants to admit they have baby hands. I opted for the Youth Size versus the Adult X-small after speaking with her. They fit perfectly!!

What did I like about my Turtle Gloves?

Let's start with the fact they arrived in the amazing BibRave Orange!! Hellz yes! The material was very soft and the versatility is great. I have thrown away many pairs of gloves during a race because my hands were too hot or it was uncomfortable/bulky to tuck them into my running belt etc. The Flip Running Mittens are able to be worn quite a few ways that let your fingers out and you can choose the coverage. Flip them open and your fingers are free! No more sweaty hands during races or gloves being thrown away. Unlike other mittens that allow just your fingers to be free, the Flip Mittens let your thumb out as well! They are lightweight and easy to switch back and forth from full coverage to open fingers.

Was there anything I didn't like?

Honestly no. The gloves I received were not their warmest gloves they offer. For the really really cold days here in MN I know I may need gloves that provide a tad more wind protection. So I would love to try their warmer pair. Its great that they have the loops so they can be clipped to things. So if I had to pick one thing to add it would kind of be great if they had a clip on them themselves. Just so they can be clipped together. I lose things quite often. And a clip would help to keep the pair together. But there really wasn’t anything I didn't like about them.
